Joint patrol detains two suspects south of Baghdad
Multi-National Corps - Iraq


BAGHDAD – Multi-National Division—Baghdad Soldiers and Iraqi Federal Police detained two individuals, Nov. 15, based on warrants for their arrest.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., U.S. troops from 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, partnered with Iraqi Federal Police officers from 7th FP Brigade, 2nd FP Division, conducted a joint cordon and search operation on the southern edge of Baghdad in order to serve the Iraqi warrants.

The two suspects were safely transported to a nearby headquarters for further questioning.
